The Rail Passengers Association is the public identity of the National Association of Railroad Passengers, Inc. (NARP), which is an IRS-designated 501(c)(3) non-profit, charitable organization. If you'd like to join as an organization, please see our Organizational Memberships.
Important Membership Details:
Membership dues are non-refundable. - All memberships are annual from date of purchase. - While membership dues can be tax-deductible, they are not considered donations. Membership dues for the Rail Passengers Association are tax-deductible with the exception of any Amtrak Guest Rewards Point received (these have a taxable value of 2.5 cents per point). We reserve the right to revise dues and AGR points values without notice at any time. - Senior memberships are applicable for those 62 years and older. - All monthly memberships auto-renew each month on the same day of the month. Members who pay dues on a monthly basis do not receive printed membership cards or benefits information, and will earn 1/12 of their annual Amtrak Guest Rewards points each month. - All members may print their membership card and access benefits by creating a member account on www.railpassengers.org. - We take your privacy very seriously; please see our privacy policy for information on how we store your data.
