Overview
Build, test, and optimize email campaigns that inform supporters and drive action.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and QA email campaigns; manage segments and personalization.
- Monitor deliverability, accessibility, and mobile rendering; maintain templates.
- A/B test subject lines and calls to action; report on KPIs.
- Support organic list growth and hygiene.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years email experience or strong aptitude shown via samples.
- Understands deliverability, accessibility, and key performance metrics.
- Detail‑oriented with strong copy‑editing skills.
Time Commitment
~8–10 hours/week; cadence tied to campaign calendar.
