Technology Generalist
Overview
The Technology Generalist supports the Association’s digital infrastructure, helping
troubleshoot issues and supporting the Chief Technology Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general website and content management troubleshooting.
Assist with membership database updates and integrations.
Support virtual events and webinars with tech logistics.
Collaborate with CTO on technology improvements.
Qualifications
Familiarity with websites, CMS platforms, and basic IT troubleshooting.
Comfort with Zoom, streaming tools, or event platforms.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Time Commitment
~4–8 hours per month, variable.
Volunteer Benefits
Hands-on experience with nonprofit tech infrastructure.
Collaboration with leadership on problem-solving.
Skill development in IT and digital communications.
